Item: Felt Bicycles Recalls Mountain Bikes with OEM Carbon Fiber Seat Posts
Hazard: The original seat can crack causing potential injury due to a fall.
Details: The carbon fiber seat posts on the 2015 Felt Double Double 30, NINEe 20 and Edict 1 mountain bicycles have been reported by 10 people to crack. No injuries have been reported as of yet.

Item: North Central Industries Recalls Fireworks Fountains
Hazard: A potential fire hazard and burn hazard if someone is holding the candle because the rear plug can dislodge while lit.
Details: The Great Grizzly brand California Candles has recalled their hand-held fireworks fountains because of reports of the rear plug dislodging while lit. This poses the risk of burn injuries.

Item: Cost Plus World Market Recalls Reading Chairs
Hazard: Some reading chairs were sold without having support blocks on the front leg. This can cause the leg itself to break or severely bend and the person sitting can fall and sustain injury.
Details: The company has received reports regarding the front legs bending and breaking because of a missing part on the chair. One injury has been reported.
