Balcones Heights, TX (January 21, 2023) – A traffic crash took place in the Balcones Heights area that claimed one woman’s life. On January 18, the Police Department responded to the scene of a traffic crash on Interstate 10.
According to law enforcement, at around 9 p.m., a female was walking in the area of Interstate 10 and Vance Jackson Road. For unknown reasons, a car was traveling through the area and struck the woman.
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries due to the accident. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
