Dayton, TX (July 23, 2022) – A crash took place in the Dayton area on Friday that left one person injured. On July 22, the police and firefighters in Dayton responded to a crash that occurred on Interstate 99.
Reports from authorities show that a Ford F250 pickup truck was traveling southbound on Interstate 99 during the morning hours. For unknown reasons, the vehicle collided with an 18-wheeler.
The pickup truck driver was severely hurt in the crash. The driver was airlifted to a trauma center in the Houston area, where they underwent emergency treatment for their injuries.
