Car Accidents in Texas

Fort Bend County, TX – Four Hurt in Two-Vehicle Wreck on I-69 near US-90Each year, tens of thousands of people are hospitalized with injuries following car crashes that occur in the state of Texas. Although any type of accident has the potential to cause serious injuries, when vehicles roll over due to collisions, the chances is a good one suffering severe injury are dramatically increased. This type of accident is more likely to result in serious injuries because of the amount of force that is exerted on the occupants of the car.

Rollover accidents are often caused by a driver losing control of their vehicle. This can be due to speeding, intoxication, or simply driving on an unfamiliar road. When a driver loses control, they may veer off the road and onto soft soil or gravel. This can cause the tires to lose traction and cause the car to roll over.

Another factor that contributes to rollover accidents is the height of the vehicle. If a car is taller, it is more likely to roll over than a shorter vehicle. This is because there is more weight above the center of gravity and less stability.

Finally, weather conditions can also play a role in rollover accidents. If it rains or there are strong winds, it can be more difficult for a driver to maintain control of their car. This increases the risk of an accident occurring.
