Houston, TX (June 10, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Harris County has claimed one person’s life. On June 7, emergency crews in Harris County responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Beaumont Highway.
Reports provided by authorities show the two vehicles collided in the 11,700 block of Beaumont Highway in the area near Oates Road. The crash caused significant delays in the area as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
One person involved in the accident suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, the extent of injuries suffered by the second driver is not known.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
