Houston, TX (January 9, 2022) – A crash reported in the Houston area ended in injuries. At around 5 p.m., on January 8, emergency crews responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 10.
Reports from the Houston Police Department show that a big rig was traveling on Interstate 10 when it became involved in a crash with a second vehicle. The impact of the crash caused the truck driver to lose control of their vehicle. The semi-truck then jackknifed, blocking the highway.
Two people involved in the crash were injured. EMS transported both victims to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
