Longview, TX (October 22, 2021) – A motorcycle accident reported on Thursday left one person injured. On October 21, the Longview Police Department responded to the site of a crash on McCann Road.

Crews arrived at the scene to find a motorcycle and a black SUV with damage after being involved in an accident at the intersection of McCann Road and George Richey Road.

The crash caused moderate delays in the area. Several law enforcement officers rushed to the scene to close the roadway as they worked to clear the area.

The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was rushed to a local hospital for medical care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
