Lower Valley, TX (January 10, 2022) – A child was left critically injured following a pedestrian accident in the Lower Valley area on Saturday, January 8. At around 6 p.m., the El Paso Police Department and firefighters were requested on-site at a crash on North Yarbrough Drive.

Reports from local authorities show that a child was struck by a vehicle in the area of North Yarbrough Drive and North Loop Drive during the evening hours.

The child suffered critical injuries in the accident. EMS rushed the victim to a local hospital for care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
