Lubbock, TX (June 1, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Lubbock area left one man injured. At around 9:20 a.m., on May 31, calls for assistance came in regarding a crash on Marsha Sharp Freeway.
Reports provided by authorities show that a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided on Marsha Sharp Freeway in the area of Avenue Q.
The incident blocked the roadway, causing delays along the southbound side. The police and firefighters closed off a portion of the scene as they work to clear the area.
One person involved in the accident was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
