Lubbock, TX (January 30, 2023) – Several people were left injured following a traffic accident that took place in the Lubbock area on Sunday morning. On January 29, the Lubbock Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Avenue X.
Preliminary investigations show that just after 2:30 a.m., a vehicle crashed into a home located in the area of 14400 Avenue X. The incident left the vehicle with significant damage. The house suffered some damage as well.
Three people involved in the accident suffered injuries. The driver of the vehicle and to people in the home were transported to area hospitals for medical care. One of the victims suffered serious injuries due to the crash.
At this time, the police department in Lubbock is conducting an active investigation to determine what led to the accident taking place.
