New Braunfels, TX – One Injured in Five-Vehicle Collision on I-35 near Highway 46

New Braunfels, TX (September 20, 2022) – A traffic incident took place a New Braunfels on Saturday afternoon that left one person injured. At around 3 p.m., on September 17, the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Interstate 35.

Reports from the local police department show that a collision involving five vehicles occurred on Interstate 35 in the area just north of Highway 46. The incident caused disruptions in traffic due to the wreckage blocking multiple lanes of travel.

One person suffered injuries as a result of the accident. The victim was transported by ambulance to a nearby medical facility, where they were provided further medical care.

The police department is investigating the crash at this time.
