Northlake, TX (February 26, 2022) – Two North Texas police officers were left injured following an accident in the town of Northlake on Thursday morning, February 24.
At around 9 a.m., authorities were called to the site of an accident on Texas State Highway 114 near Texas Motor Speedway. While assisting at the scene, a semi-truck crashed into their two cruisers and a pickup truck.
One of the officers became pinned inside their vehicle.
Both officers sustained injuries in the crash and were transported to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
