Pampa, TX (November 13, 2021) – One woman has lost her life following a motor vehicle accident in the Pampa area on Thursday morning, November 11. At around 7:15 a.m., authorities were notified that an accident took place on Texas State Highway 152.
Reports from authorities show that a 16-year-old boy was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban on County Road 3. As his vehicle proceeded through the intersection at Texas State Highway 152, it collided with a 2019 Buick Enclave driven by 40-year-old Crystal Lewis.
Lewis sustained fatal injuries in the accident and was declared deceased at the scene.
Five others were injured in the accident. The victims were identified as 31-year-old Rosa Hernandez, 48-year-old Ernesta Perez, 25-year-old Irma Rallio, a 15-year-old male, and a 17-year-old female. All five victims were transported to Pampa Regional Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
