San Antonio, TX (March 18, 2023) – A multi-vehicle collision in San Antonio left two people injured on Friday night, March 17.

The accident took place at the intersection of Yarrow Boulevard and SW Military Drive at around 11 p.m. It was reported that the driver of a Dodge Challenger was traveling at a high rate of speed when they lost control of the vehicle and entered oncoming traffic. The Challenger crashed into a Honda Civic, and the impact caused the Honda to hit a Volkswagen.

The driver of the Civic was trapped inside and had to be rescued by emergency units. He was transported to University Hospital in critical condition. A passenger in the Challenger was taken to Texas Vista Medical Center for treatment.

The driver of the Dodge had reportedly been involved in a hit-and-run before the crash.

An ongoing accident investigation is in progress.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
