San Antonio, TX – Wrong-Way Crash on SW Military Dr near Quintana Rd Injures Three

San Antonio, TX (August 4, 2022) – A vehicle collision reported on Tuesday evening in the San Antonio area left several people injured. Just after 5 p.m., on August 2, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on the southwest side of the city.

Reports from the San Antonio police show that a 24-year-old woman was driving a Mercedes in the 4000 block of SW. Military Drive when her vehicle collided with an Audi SUV near Cantata Road. The impact of the crash caused the Mercedes to strike an older-model pickup truck.

A passenger inside the Audi was unresponsive at the scene when officers arrived. The victim was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.

The woman driving the Mercedes and the driver of the Audi, a 20-year-old man, were both transported to area hospitals for emergency medical care.

The crash is under investigation at this time by the San Antonio Police Department.
