Southlake, TX – Man Fatally Injured in Motorcycle Crash on E Southlake Blvd near Kimball Ave

Southlake, TX (August 8, 2022) – A 24-year-old man suffered fatal injuries following a motorcycle accident in Southlake on Friday evening. Just before 5:45 p.m., on August 5, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on East Southlake Boulevard.

Preliminary investigations show that a 24-year-old man was riding a motorcycle on Southlake Boulevard when he became involved in a collision with an SUV at the intersection of Campbell Avenue.

The motorcyclist suffered severe injuries as a result of the crash. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and located the rider unresponsive. Paramedics attempted to perform CPR on the victim. He was transported to Baylor Grapevine Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased from his injuries.

A female passenger who was inside the SUV suffered serious injuries as a result of the accident. She was rushed to an area hospital for emergency care.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
