Travis, TX (October 8, 2021) – Several people were left injured following a motor vehicle accident in Travis on Wednesday morning, October 5. Just before 10 a.m., authorities were requested on-site at a crash on US Highway 183.
Reports from authorities show that a gray 2015 Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into three other vehicles in the area of 9552 US Highway 183.
The Dodge and a maroon 2004 Chevrolet, a red 1998 Ford, and a white 2011 Kia all blocked the roadway, causing moderate delays throughout the area.
The 31-year-old male driver of the Kia, the 35-year-old driver of the Ford, and the 31-year-old female driver of the Dodge were all injured in the accident. The victims were transported to local hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
