Tyler, TX (April 21, 2022) – At least one person was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Tyler on Thursday morning, April 21. At around 11 a.m., the police and firefighters in Tyler were requested at the scene of an auto accident on Highway 69.
Reports provided by local authorities show that a vehicle was traveling north on Highway 69 when it was rear-ended by a second northbound vehicle. The impact of the crash caused one of the involved vehicles to travel into the southbound lanes and collide with another vehicle.
At least one person involved in the accident was rushed to a local hospital with critical injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
