White Deer, TX (February 9, 2023) – A major vehicle collision took place in White Deer on Wednesday evening that left several people injured. Authorities across Carson County were notified at approximately 9 p.m. on February 8 that a serious car accident had occurred on West 2nd Avenue.

The incident prompted officials across the county to respond. The White Deer Police Department immediately went to work on securing the roadway near the Allsups Convenience Store as firefighters assisted police in the removal of damaged vehicles.

Several people were hurt as a result of this automobile collision. Multiple victims were provided treatment by Gray County EMS at the scene. Victims were then transported to local hospitals for emergency medical care.

The White Deer Police Department is currently investigating the accident to determine the cause.
