Bryan, TX (December 5, 2021) – One person has lost their life as a result of a traffic-related incident in the Bryan area on Friday morning, December 3. At around 6:30 a.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Texas State Highway 21.
Reports from authorities show that an 18-wheeler was traveling on Texas State Highway 21 when it failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn onto West Old San Antonio Road. As a result, the truck collided with an SUV.
The driver of the SUV, identified as 29-year-old Ryan Hooper, sustained fatal injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
