Dallas, TX (March 14, 2023) – A juvenile was killed and two others injured following an accident involving horses and a motor vehicle in Dallas on Tuesday morning, March 14.
The deadly accident took place on Julius Schepps Freeway at around 5:30 a.m. Three juveniles were riding reportedly stolen horses when they were hit by an oncoming driver. One of the juveniles sustained fatal injuries, and the two others were also hurt.
Two of the horses were also killed as a result of the incident. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. No charges have been filed at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is underway.
