Dallas, TX (October 11, 2021) – A slip and fall accident reported in the Dallas area on Sunday morning claimed the life of one man, according to local law enforcement.
Just after 3 a.m., on October 10, the Dallas Police Department was requested on-site at an accident on Oak Grove Avenue. Reports from the DPD show that an adult man fell from the 14th-floor balcony of a home located at 3100 Oak Grove Avenue.
Upon arriving at the scene, the man was located on the ground with fatal injuries. Authorities pronounced the man deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
