Dallas, TX (March 22, 2022) – Two people lost their lives in a car crash on Monday morning in Dallas. At around 2:20 a.m., on March 21, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 30.
Reports provided by the Dallas Police Department show that a Chevrolet Trax was stopped to make a left turn at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Ferguson Road. For unknown reasons, it was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Tahoe. The impact of the crash caused the Trax to veer to the right. A man and woman were outside of their vehicle when the Trax moved forward. Both victims were struck by the vehicle.
The victims both sustained fatal injuries in the accident. They were pronounced deceased at the scene.
A female inside the Trax was rushed to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
