Denton, TX – One Killed in Two-Vehicle Truck Wreck on I-35 near North Texas Blvd

Denton, TX (April 1, 2022) – A fatal crash reported in Denton on Thursday morning claimed one man’s life. At around 1:45 a.m., on March 31, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on Interstate 35 that required assistance.

Reports provided by the police in Denton show that a semi-truck and a Ford F-150 were involved in an accident on Interstate 35 near the area of North Texas Boulevard. The incident caused moderate delays on the northbound side of the interstate.

The driver of the Ford, a 52-year-old man from the Cedar Park area, was fatally injured in the accident. Emergency crews arrived on-site and pronounced the man deceased.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured in the accident.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
