El Paso, TX (December 11, 2021) – One woman has lost her life following an auto accident on Thursday morning near Clint. At around 3:30 a.m., on December 9, emergency crews were requested on-site at a crash on Interstate 10.
Reports from authorities show that a vehicle was traveling east on Interstate 10 when it crashed into a westbound vehicle just outside of Clint.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, who was identified as Stephanie Montoya, sustained fatal injuries in the accident. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the westbound vehicle was transported to a local hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
