Graford, TX (November 4, 2021) – Two people have lost their lives following a motor vehicle accident in Graford on Tuesday morning, November 2. At around 11:25 a.m., emergency crews were notified that a crash occurred on Texas State Route 337.
Reports from authorities indicate that 58-year-old Kenneth Askew was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro on Texas Highway 337 when his vehicle collided head-on with a 2017 Ford van. Both vehicles caught on fire after the collision.
Askew and the driver of the van, 38-year-old Jared Kinnison, both suffered fatal injuries in the accident. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and declared the two victims deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
