Houston, TX (June 9, 2022) – A collision that took place in Harris County on Tuesday morning has claimed one person’s life. Around 630 a.m., on June 7, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 90.
Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between vehicles took place on US Highway 98 during the morning hours near the intersection of John Ralston Road. The crash caused delays throughout the area, prompting emergency crews to close off several lanes of the roadway as they worked to remove the two vehicles from the scene.
One person involved in the accident suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
An unknown number of people were treated for injuries. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
