Reports from the Houston Police Department show that Juan Sapon was stopped at a stop sign with his Camry at the intersection of South Gessner Road and Neff Street. As Sapon attempted to cross through the intersection, a speeding pickup truck traveled through the area and crashed into his vehicle.
