Houston, TX (March 1, 2023) – On Thursday, March 2, a pedestrian was fatally hit by a Metro bus in the Houston area.
The victim was walking on Interstate 45 when they were struck near Edgebrook Drive at around 12:30 a.m. The man was reportedly trying to cross the interstate at the time of the deadly crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personnel.
No further information has been released at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is in progress.
