Houston, TX (February 26, 2023) – A man was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in the Houston area on Friday night, February 24.
The deadly accident took place at the 6200 block of Westheimer Road at around 11:30 p.m. All lanes were closed following the incident. A man was crossing the street near Briargrove when he was hit by an oncoming SUV. The injured party was pronounced dead en route to the hospital.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. No further updates have been provided.
An ongoing investigation into the deadly accident is in progress.
