Houston, TX (April 14, 2022) – A pedestrian accident reported in the Houston area has claimed one man’s life. At around 10:30 p.m., on April 10, the Houston Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Kirkwood Road.
Reports from authorities show that an adult male pedestrian was walking near Kirkwood Road, just south of High Star Drive. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a pickup truck.
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in the accident. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No one inside the pickup truck was injured.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
