Humble, TX (March 24, 2022) – One man has lost his life as a result of a pedestrian accident in the Humble area. At around 4 a.m., on March 23, the police, firefighters, and emergency medical services responded to the scene of an auto accident on Loop 494.
Reports provided by authorities show that a semi-truck was traveling on Loop 494 when it struck a bicyclist near the area of Hamblen Road.
The bicyclist, who was identified as an adult male, sustained severe injuries as a result of the accident.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene to render aid to the victim. However, he was pronounced deceased on-site.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
