Midland, TX (March 9, 2022) – One woman has lost her life as a result of a two-vehicle accident in the Midland area on Saturday, March 6.
Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that a 2006 Dodge Dakota was traveling west on Interstate 20 when it became involved in a collision with a 2017 Buick Encore near mile marker 148.0.
The driver of the encore, 23-year-old Emily Crawford, sustained fatal injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Dakota, 61-year-old Willie Conner, was transported to Midland Memorial for the treatment of injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
