Fatal Auto Accidents in Texas

Red Oak, TX – Dewey Lindsey Loses Life in Bicycle Crash on I-35 Service RdEach year, more than 120 people lose their lives in bicycle accidents across Texas. Like other pedestrians, bicyclists are completely vulnerable during collisions due to the fact that they are unprotected. Having little more than a helmet for protection during a crash is no match for motor vehicles equipped with steel cages.

The vast majority of pedestrian accidents involve some form of negligence. We often see victims lose their lives in accidents caused by drivers who are speeding, impaired by drugs or alcohol, distracted, or engaging in other acts of negligence.

When victims lose their lives in accidents, they often leave behind grieving families who are forced to deal with overwhelming mental, emotional, and financial consequences. When pedestrians are killed in accidents, due to the negligence of others, families may have legal options available to help them move forward.

In many cases, surviving families are forced to endure overwhelming consequences. The mental and emotional impacts are only made worse by the financial burdens they soon encounter. Dealing with medical expenses, funeral costs, and lost wages can be devastating. In some cases, families can work with wrongful death lawyers in Red Oak who can fight to get them justice.
