The Woodlands, TX (November 17, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Sunday afternoon in the Woodlands claimed one man’s life, according to reports. At around 3:30 p.m., on November 14, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Research Forest Drive.

Reports from authorities show that a 91-year-old man was driving a Mazda pickup truck when his vehicle became involved in a collision with a second vehicle on Research Forest Drive at the intersection of Pinecroft Drive. The impact of the crash sent the Mazda careening into a third vehicle at the intersection.

The driver of the Mazda was then ejected from his vehicle through the passenger side window. The man suffered severe injuries in the accident. Authorities arrived at the scene to treat the victim. However, he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation. No other injuries were reported.
