Waco, TX (April 28, 2022) – A bicycle accident reported on Monday evening in Waco claimed the life of one woman. At around 10 p.m., on April 25, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Farm to Market Road 2490.
Reports provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety show that a Ford Expedition was traveling south on Farm to Market Road 2490 when it struck a bicyclist.
The bicyclist, a 32-year-old woman from Waco, suffered fatal injuries in the accident. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported as a result of this collision.
DPS is currently investigating the incident.
