Waco, TX (April 15, 2022) – a 59-year-old woman has lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Waco area, according to police. At around 4:53 p.m., on April 13, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on North 17th Street.
Reports from the Waco police show that a 59-year-old woman was walking in the area of North 17th Street and Columbus Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle.
The woman sustained moderate injuries in the accident. She was rushed to a local hospital, where she passed away from her injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
