Fatal Car Accidents in Texas
Fatal car crashes take the lives of thousands of people annually in Texas. Unfortunately, negligence plays a role in a significant number of crashes that we see. When drivers fail to follow the rules of the road, they place the lives of other people at risk.
Quite often, we see accidents take place as a result of drivers who are texting while driving. When a person is using their phone or eating, or even engaging in conversation with someone in their vehicle, they take their attention off the road. This can cause them to crash into other vehicles nearby.
We also see many accidents take place as a result of impairment. When people drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, their ability to operate their vehicle safely is dramatically diminished. In some cases, fatigued driving can also lead to car crashes that have devastating consequences for those involved.
