Fatal Car Accidents in Texas

Cuero, TX – Woman Loses Life in Two-Vehicle Wreck on US-183Fatal crashes in Texas take the lives of more than 10 people every day. There are many instances where innocent people die in fatal crashes due to drivers who are negligent. One relatively common cause of accidents that we see here in our state is when drivers enter no-passing zones. These zones are typically placed in areas with limited visibility and are designed to prevent vehicles from passing others when it is unsafe to do so.

Unfortunately, there are drivers who ignore the signs and attempt to pass anyway. This can lead to serious and fatal car accidents for several reasons. First, as mentioned above, these areas are typically chosen because visibility is limited. This means that oncoming traffic may not be able to see your vehicle until it is too late to avoid a collision.

Additionally, even if you are able to see oncoming traffic, they may not be able to see you. This is especially true at night or in poor weather conditions. Finally, even if both you and the oncoming driver can see each other, attempting to pass in a no-passing zone can still be dangerous because there may not be enough room for your vehicle and the oncoming vehicle to safely share the road.
