Denton, TX (November 24, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Denton area on Friday evening claimed one man’s life. At around 8 p.m., on November 19, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on East McKinney Street.
Reports from the Denton Police Department show that 33-year-old Anthony Minich was riding a motorcycle east on East McKinney Street when he became involved in a collision near Laney Circle. Following the crash, Minich was ejected from his vehicle.
A car traveling around the bend struck Minich, resulting in fatal injuries.
Authorities arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
