El Paso, TX (January 24, 2022) – one person was left with injuries following an accident on El Paso’s east side on Sunday morning, January 23.

At around 2 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while walking near the intersection of North Zaragoza Road and Pellicano Drive.

The pedestrian sustained severe injuries in the accident. EMS rendered aid to the victim briefly on-site before transporting them to Del Sol Medical Center for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
