El Paso, TX (February 2, 2023) – An ATV accident took place in El Paso that claimed one person’s life on Sunday evening. On January 29, the Texas Department of Public Safety out of El Paso responded to the scene of a traffic crash on Montana Avenue.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., two ATVs crashed into each other in the 15600 block of Montana Avenue near Red Sands.
The crash left both of the drivers injured. Both victims were provided care at the scene by emergency medical services. The two victims were then transported to area hospitals. Authorities confirmed that one of the drivers died from their injuries after arriving.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the traffic accident are being investigated.
