San Antonio, TX (June 20, 2022) – A crash reported on the city’s Southwest Side left one person injured. At around 9:15 p.m., on June 17, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Palo Alto Road.
Reports from local authorities show that a motorcyclist was riding in the 500 block of Palo Alto Road during the evening hours. The driver of a Honda Civic was not able to stop their vehicle in time to avoid a collision. As a result, the Honda struck the motorcycle near Somerset Road.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, sustained injuries in the crash. He was transported by EMS to a local hospital for emergency care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
