San Antonio, TX (July 1, 2022) – One woman was injured as a result of a multivehicle collision that took place on Thursday morning in the San Antonio area. At around 2:30 a.m., on June 30, the San Antonio Police Department was notified that a crash took place on Northeast Loop 410.
Reports provided by the police indicate that a black pickup truck was traveling in the 6100 block of Northeast Loop 410 when it crashed into two other vehicles.
One female inside one of the other vehicles suffered injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center for the treatment of potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was found to be intoxicated. Police took the driver into custody. At this time, charges are pending.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
