Fatal Auto Accidents in Texas

El Paso, TX – Pedestrian Crash on N Mesa St near Eubank Court Takes One LifePedestrian accidents in the state of Texas claim the lives of more than 700 people every year. On average, these unpredictable accidents claim the lives of around two victims every day in our state. These accidents come with no warning and have a lasting impact on families. Regrettably, the number of fatal pedestrian accidents increased roughly 8.5% between 2019 and 2020.

We see many motor vehicle accidents take place due to drivers who are speeding, running red lights, and engaging in reckless driving behaviors while operating their vehicles. Although most people are careful while traveling near roadways, we see many people harmed in accidents as a result of driver negligence. Far too many people are hurt by speeding drivers, drivers who are distracted, and those who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
