Fort Worth, TX – Two Killed in Motorcycle Crash on E Lancaster Ave near Major St

Fort Worth, TX (June 15, 2022) – A major motor vehicle accident reported in the Fort Worth area has claimed the lives of two victims. At around 6:15 p.m., on June 12, the Fort Worth Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on East Lancaster Avenue.

Reports provided by the Fort Worth police show that a motorcycle and a second vehicle collided on East Lancaster Avenue at the intersection of Major Street during the evening hours. The two occupants on the motorcycle were ejected from the vehicle. They were then struck by a second vehicle on the roadway. The first vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene. However, the driver of the second vehicle remained on-site to speak with law enforcement.

The Fort Worth Fire Department and MedStar responded to provide assistance to police at the scene.

The two occupants of the motorcycle were declared deceased as a result of their injuries.

No other injuries were reported in the accident.

At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are underway with the Fort Worth Police Department.
