Grayson County, TX (June 12, 2022) – Two people suffered fatal injuries due to a head-on collision in Grayson County. Just after 12:45 p.m., on June 9, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a crash that occurred outside of Whitesboro.
DPS reports show that a 39-year-old man was driving southbound on US Highway 377. For unknown reasons, the man’s vehicle collided head-on with a second vehicle near Chisum Trail Road.
Both vehicles’ drivers, aged 39, were declared deceased at the scene.
One passenger was airlifted to Medical City Dentin for the treatment of critical injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
