Houston, TX (November 30, 2021) – One woman has lost her life as a result of a traffic-related incident on Saturday morning, November 27. At around 2 a.m., authorities received a notification that an accident took place on South Main Street.
Reports from the Houston Police Department show that a Ford Explorer was traveling westbound on South Main Street when it became involved in a collision with a Ford F-150 near Texas 8 Beltway.
The driver of the Ford Explorer, a 45-year-old female, suffered severe injuries in the crash. Authorities arrived at the scene and pronounced the woman deceased. Her passenger was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
The 47-year-old male driver of the Ford pickup truck was transported to a local hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
