Magnolia, TX (March 3, 2023) – On Thursday, March 2, a driver died after a crash involving an intoxicated driver in Magnolia.
At around 6:30 p.m., the deadly accident took place at the intersection of FM 1488 and Community Road. A southbound Honda SUV reportedly ran a stop sign and hit a westbound GMC pickup truck. The impact caused the GMC to overturn onto an Infinity SUV.
Emergency responders were called, and the driver of the pickup was later pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Infinity was hospitalized, and the driver of the Honda was arrested for drunk driving.
An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is in progress.
