Orange, TX – Corey Sparkman Killed in Crash on FM 105 near Burnet St

Orange, TX (December 16, 2021) – One man has lost his life as a result of a two-vehicle collision in Orange County on Tuesday afternoon, December 14. At around 1 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Farm to Market Road 105.

Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that a 2021 Ford pickup truck was traveling north on Farm to Market Road 105 when it collided with a 2018 Honda passenger vehicle near Burnet Street.

The driver of the Ford was transported to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth for care.

The driver of the Honda, 26-year-old Corey Sparkman, sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
